About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional storyteller and content strategist who can translate complex technology into compelling narratives that resonate with C-suite audiences at Fortune 500 companies. This isn't about writing safe, forgettable enterprise copy. We want someone who injects our brand personality into everything they create and makes Skan's voice unmistakably ours. You'll own our editorial voice and thought leadership engine - creating blogs, thought leadership, social/campaign copy, and executive content that positions Skan as the definitive voice in enterprise agentic AI. Working closely with Product Marketing, SEO, and Growth, you'll build an AI-powered content operation that scales output without sacrificing quality. This role requires strategic vision, hands-on execution, and the ambition to define how a category talks about itself.

What You'll Do

Content Strategy & Thought Leadership

• Develop and execute comprehensive copywriting strategies that position Skan AI as the definitive voice in agentic AI and process intelligence.
• Create multi-format thought leadership content: ebooks, white papers, bylines, executive blog posts, video scripts, social posts, executive briefings, and sales enablement materials.
• Develop POV-driven content that doesn't just inform but shapes how enterprise buyers think about context graph of work, agentic AI and process intelligence.
• Establish and maintain our brand voice, editorial standards, and narrative frameworks across all external and internal communications.

AI-Powered Content Operations

• Build and optimize an AI-powered content production workflow that accelerates creation velocity while preserving brand voice and editorial standards.
• Experiment with emerging content formats and AI tools, pushing beyond standard B2B content playbooks
• Create repeatable AI-assisted workflows for research, drafting, and content optimization

SEO & Domain Authority

• Partner with SEO/AEO team to develop content strategies that build domain authority on high-value topics around enterprise AI, agentic workflows, and process intelligence
• Ensure every piece of content is optimized for both human readers and AI search visibility
• Scale our strategic editorial calendar identifying trending topics, industry issues, and content themes aligned to business priorities and the buyer journey

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work as a true partner to Growth, Content and Product Marketing, translating positioning frameworks into compelling content while maintaining creative latitude
• Partner with brand and PR agencies to develop press materials, prepare executives for media engagements, and orchestrate integrated campaigns
• Synthesize complex technical concepts and stakeholder inputs into clear, compelling messaging for executive audiences
• Manage announcement pipelines and coordinate customer stories, partner news, and company milestones

What You Bring (Required)

• 6+ years in B2B technology content marketing with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional storytelling, not just competent copywriting
• Hands-on experience with AI writing and research tools (LLMs, Jasper, SEMrush, Writer, etc.) and a clear POV on scaling content with AI while maintaining authenticity, not just a user, someone who can build repeatable AI-assisted workflows
• Background in enterprise SaaS, automation, AI/Agentic - you understand and been exposed to the space, not just the writing craft
• Proven experience creating content for executive audiences with a portfolio demonstrating ability to translate technical concepts into business narratives
• Track record of collaborating with senior executives and leadership teams on strategic communications
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and enterprise operational concepts; ability to grasp and articulate complex agentic AI principles
• Strong command of AP style with meticulous editing skills and commitment to editorial excellence
