About the Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Thank you for your interest in the Talent Acquisition Specialist position at Skai. This is a full-time, temporary position covering maternity leave, offered as a one-year fixed-term contract with potential for renewal. Based in our Tel Aviv (Ramat HaHayal) office, this role operates within our hybrid model, requiring two days in the office, and is supported by a passionate, diverse team and an engaging company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Function as the sole recruiter in Israel, managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and executing job offers.
- Oversee end-to-end hiring processes in Israel, including defining and achieving recruiting KPIs and implementing best practices.
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring teams, serving as a trusted advisor and partner, and supporting various leads across the organization with their diverse hiring needs.
- Recruit for a wide range of roles, including Front-end, Back-end, DevOps, Data, QA, CS, and Product Management, among others.
- Ensure a consistently positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication throughout the hiring journey.
- Actively engage talent by identifying suitable candidates, fostering their interest, and managing the entire hiring process. This includes active sourcing, leveraging social media, and other channels to maintain a robust candidate pipeline, ensuring selection processes meet KPIs.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify meaningful patterns, informing successful decision-making and optimizing recruitment strategies.
- Work efficiently with our candidate tracking system (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and leverage data for strategic purposes.
- Collaborate closely with HR team members, including HR Business Partners, employer branding specialists, employee engagement managers, and HR analysts.
- Manage and optimize HR systems (ATS, HRIS, onboarding platforms), encompassing implementation, configuration, maintenance, data integrity, and continuous process improvements.
- Create and maintain new employee records across all HR systems, ensuring accurate data entry, compliance, and seamless onboarding workflows.
- Integrate AI-based technologies and tools into the recruitment process to enhance candidate identification and engagement effectively.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an end-to-end recruiter within high-tech companies.
- Deep understanding of technological profiles across various domains within the high-tech/technology industry.
- Demonstrated high attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Genuine passion for recruitment and technology.
- Exceptional communication skills, strong cross-team collaboration abilities, creativity, independence, curiosity, and commitment.
- A data-driven approach to recruiting practices.
- Proficient experience working with recruiting systems (ATS), HR systems, and Office / G Suite applications.
- High level of English proficiency.
