What You'll Do as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

This full-time, temporary position covers maternity leave, offered as a one-year fixed-term contract with renewal possibilities. Located in TLV (Ramat HaHayal), Skai supports a vibrant company culture and a passionate, diverse team within a great hybrid model (two days in the office).

  • Function as the sole recruiter in Israel, managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and executing job offers.
  • Oversee end-to-end hiring processes in Israel, including defining and achieving recruiting KPIs and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring teams, serving as an advisor and partner to support various leads across their hiring needs.
  • Recruit for diverse roles, including Front-end and Backend developers, DevOps, Data, QA, CS, Product Management, and more.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience through clear and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Actively engage talent by identifying suitable candidates, fostering their interest, and managing the complete hiring process.
  • Utilize active sourcing, social media, and other channels to maintain a healthy candidate pipeline and ensure KPI achievement.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify meaningful patterns that inform successful decision-making in recruitment.
  • Work with Skai's candidate tracking system (ATS) and HRIS to ensure data accuracy and utilize data for strategic recruitment.
  • Collaborate with HR team members, including HRBPs, employer branding, employee engagement managers, and HR analysts.
  • Manage and optimize HR systems (ATS, HRIS, onboarding platforms), covering implementation, configuration, maintenance, data integrity, and process improvements.
  • Create and maintain new employee records across all HR systems, ensuring accurate data entry, compliance, and seamless onboarding workflows.
  • Incorporate AI-based technologies and tools into the recruitment process to enhance candidate identification and engagement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an end-to-end recruiter in high-tech companies.
  • Deep understanding of technological profiles across various areas within the high-tech/technology industry.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A passion for both recruitment and technology.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong cross-team collaboration, creativity, independence, curiosity, and commitment.
  • A data-driven approach to recruiting.
  • Experience working with recruiting systems (ATS), HR systems, and Office / G suite.
  • High level of English proficiency.
