Your Role as Security Analytics and Program Management Specialist at SIXT

As a Security Analytics and Program Management Specialist at SIXT, you will be instrumental in building AI-powered dashboards and analytics that offer senior management real-time security insights, enabling strategic decision-making. You will also take charge of managing security risk remediation programs, acting as the coordination engine to keep these initiatives on track. This includes proactively alerting stakeholders to upcoming remediation deadlines, tracking progress across various teams, escalating overdue items, and reporting program health to leadership. Your analytics will drive informed decisions, and your program discipline will ensure that security risks are effectively remediated, not just identified.

Key Responsibilities

• You will build and maintain enterprise security dashboards and reports, providing real-time visibility into security posture, compliance status, and risk trends, empowering SIXT management to make informed, security risk-driven decisions.
• You will maintain the inventory of critical infrastructure, cloud and SaaS services, data flows, and technology dependencies across SIXT's global operations.
• You will leverage AI and automation to analyze security data, identify patterns, detect anomalies, and generate actionable insights and predictive analytics for proactive security risk management.
• You will coordinate security risk remediation activities across SIXT, tracking owners, deadlines, progress, and blockers to ensure security improvements are completed effectively.
• You will provide proactive stakeholder alerts on upcoming remediation deadlines and commitments, escalating overdue items that require risk acceptance or executive intervention.
• You will run program accountability rhythms by conducting regular status reviews, reporting chronic delays to leadership, measuring performance metrics, and driving continuous security posture improvement.

What We Look For In You

Background: You have 4+ years of experience in security with a demonstrable focus on security analytics, business intelligence, or similar areas.

Analytical Skills: You possess strong analytical skills to build dashboards, work with data, identify trends, and derive insights using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.

Program Management Experience: You have program management experience coordinating initiatives with multiple stakeholders, tracking metrics, and driving results to completion.

Communication Skills: You demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to write clear reports, follow up on commitments, and escalate effectively.

AI Literacy: You show interest in AI and automation and are eager to adopt intelligent tools for analytics and program management.

Language Skills: You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
