Job Role: Sales Executive
As a Sales Executive at SIXT, you are the first point of contact for our customers. Your role includes ensuring exceptional customer service, managing vehicle fleet operations, handling rental agreements, and delivering tailored offers for a superior customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries.
- Manage rental agreements and provide tailored offers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Handle various branch tasks including fleet management.
Your Skills
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Experience in direct customer contact (service, tourism or sales).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 12 months of driving experience.
