Overview

Sixt is seeking a Regional Sales Performance Manager to lead sales and service performance across Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico. The role focuses on ensuring that branches in both airport and downtown locations meet sales and service targets through effective team leadership and relationship building with employees and stakeholders.

Your Role at Sixt

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Consulting branch and area managers to assess performance and create actionable improvement plans.
  • Coaching branch managers on employee training, sales techniques, and goal setting.
  • Training employees and managers to maximize sales and optimize the customer rental experience.
  • Conducting workshops and role-playing sessions to refine sales skills.
  • Implementing a motivational culture to boost morale and performance.
  • Providing performance reports and updates to senior management.

Your Skills Matter

Candidates should have:

  • At least 2+ years of sales training or coaching experience, ideally in car rental.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • A minimum of 5 years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Experience meeting sales quotas or working in highly commissioned positions (preferred).
  • The ability to travel up to 80%, including by airplane.
