About the role

Product Manager Customer App

At SIXT, you will be the Product Manager for the frontend Customer App team, operating across the core domains of the customer area - including Registration, Authentication, Loyalty Enrollment, and Identity Verification & Management. You will work closely with two web Customer teams jointly driving discovery and concept definition across these domains - ensuring that features are well-integrated into the app experience and consistently delivered across all customer touchpoints. Your Role at SIXT

  • You drive the frontend Customer App onboarding experience from registration to loyalty enrollment ensuring a fast and frictionless setup reflecting SIXT's premium brand.
  • You maintain and enhance the identity verification and enrichment funnel with third-party SDK updates and fraud prevention frameworks.
  • You stay updated on app platform capabilities and integrate new technologies like biometric authentication and digital driver's licenses.
  • You collaborate closely with backend teams to align on APIs, data contracts and ensure end-to-end consistency across features.
  • You define and track key KPIs such as app engagement, onboarding conversion and enrollment rates to prioritize and report progress.
  • You work cross-functionally to coordinate discovery, concept definition and delivery in a shared team environment.
