Job Description

Your Role as Customer Support Agent - Replacement Car Service at SIXT

In case of breakdowns and accidents, you will ensure that private customers quickly and easily receive a replacement car. Our team in Lütten-Klein works closely with various insurance and breakdown assistance companies, processing their requests quickly and customer-oriented via email or phone. Afterwards, orders are created and requested vehicles are reserved.

Your Responsibilities at SIXT

  • You create an unforgettable experience for every customer and individually address their wishes and questions.
  • You ensure smooth and fast communication and processing of customer requests - both by phone and email.
  • You bring your experience as a Call Center Agent, Customer Advisor, or Support Employee; ideally also from an international environment.
  • You are willing to work in shifts (including Sundays, holidays, and nights).

Your Skills Count

  • Customer Service: You enjoy customer contact and know how to deal with demanding customers.
  • Communication Skills: You are open, communicative, and enjoy writing and calling.
  • Language Proficiency: You have fluent German skills in word and writing and good English skills.
  • Reliability: You work reliably and independently.
  • Service Orientation: You have a service and solution-oriented mentality.
  • PC Skills: You have initial experience in using MS-Office programs (especially Word and Outlook).
