Sr Identity Access Management

Essential Job Functions

This role is responsible for defining and maintaining the IAM strategy, roadmap and reference architecture. Responsibilities include:

• Champion Zero Trust principles and enforce strong authentication.
• Align IAM programs with enterprise security and digital transformation initiatives.
• Establish governance for identity lifecycle, access policies and compliance.
• Manage joiner-mover-leaver processes and ensure timely provisioning.
• Implement RBAC/ABAC models and manage federation protocols (SAML, OIDC/OAuth2).
• Monitor and maintain IAM platforms ensuring availability and scalability.
• Collaborate with HR, Security, Legal and IT teams for end-to-end integration.
• Prepare for audits and maintain evidentiary documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 6+ years in the industry, and hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, or Okta. Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell or Python), solid cloud identity management experience, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks is essential.

Additional Information

Compensation and Benefits

The annual full time base salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, determined through interviews and review of relevant experience. Additional benefits include PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and participation in a 401K plan.
