Job Role and Responsibilities
The Specialist I Asset Management will perform data analysis, research, and data reconciliation to ensure data integrity within the SitusAMC systems. You will exercise independent judgment when analyzing significant data discrepancies.
- Review data for completeness and accuracy
- Adhere to audit processes with scheduled file audits
- Reconcile data inconsistencies and prepare ad hoc reports
- Communicate quality issues with vendors and clients
- Investigate and resolve data integrity issues
- Perform data manipulations and updates to data warehouse
- Alert on loan sales and transfers
- Develop and document standards and procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should hold an Associate or 2-Year College degree in a related field or possess equivalent experience. This is an entry-level role requiring 0-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and a basic understanding of mortgage terms and documents is required.
Strong analytical ability, good judgment, and keen attention to detail are essential. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are required in order to interact with clients and vendors.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers an hourly rate of $25.00, with full time employment eligible for PTO, paid holidays, and various benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401K. Compensation is based on education, experience, and relevant skills.
