Role Overview
The Scrum Master role is designed for experienced professionals who will lead scrum ceremonies, empower and coach development teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software with exceptional business value.
Essential Job Functions
- Perform Scrum Master duties for multiple teams
- Facilitate team ceremonies and remove obstacles
- Coach teams in self-organization using Scrum and Kanban
- Manage Azure DevOps boards and improve productivity with automation
- Coordinate project planning and communicate progress with stakeholders
- Manage resource allocation and address capacity challenges
- Conduct regular project updates and risk assessments
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of industry experience with relevant Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience leading multi-functional teams (10-15 members)
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps or Jira and Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience with remote work
Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000. Compensation is determined based on education, experience, and additional qualifications. Employees also enjoy PTO, paid holidays, and various benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and 401K.
