Job Description

Overview

The Sales Enablement Manager owns all GTM collateral used by the revenue team and the system that produces it. This role turns product updates, positioning, and marketing content into high-quality assets using AI-powered workflows and templates across roles (AE/AM/CSM), regions, verticals etc. They own the enablement infrastructure so GTM collateral is always current, consistent, and scalable as the product and GTM motion evolves.

Employment & Compensation

Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$100,000. With Sitemate's diverse blend of remote and city-based team members, we ensure fair compensation regardless of your location. Our approach is informed by data sourced from Numbeo, the world’s largest cost-of-living database, which helps us maintain consistent remuneration standards across various regions. Through our Cost of Living Multiplier, based on Numbeo's findings, we provide guidelines for adjusting salaries to reflect the cost of living in different cities. This ensures that all team members enjoy comparable living standards, no matter where they are based.

Day-to-Day

  • Own the creation and maintenance of all GTM collateral (AE demo decks, CS activation slides, ARM/SAD decks, one-pagers, case studies), ensuring assets are current, on-brand, and GTM ready.
  • Design and manage AI-driven workflows to generate and update collateral from shared marketing content repos and GTM slide templates across role, vertical, geo, and (where relevant) account-specific variants.
  • Maintain the GTM collateral system and tooling (templates, versioning, content sources, AI agents) so the field can easily find, generate, and use the right assets.
  • Identify gaps in collateral for new products, enterprise use cases, regions, and edge cases, and build scalable templates to cover them.
  • Collect feedback from AEs, AMs, and CSMs on what collateral is (and isn’t) working, and continuously refine both the content and the AI workflows that produce it.

Challenges

  • Balancing speed vs quality: shipping GTM collateral quickly off the back of product and positioning updates while maintaining a high bar for design, copy, and brand consistency (especially with AI-generated output).
  • Driving real field adoption: getting AEs, AMs, and CSMs to consistently use the latest collateral and stop defaulting to outdated or self-made decks.
  • Keeping pace with constant change: maintaining up-to-date collateral as products, packaging, pricing, and enterprise positioning evolve rapidly.
  • Designing scalable AI workflows (not one-off decks): building systems that generate role-, vertical-, geo-, and account-specific collateral without creating brittle or chaotic processes.
  • Navigating evolving tooling: adapting enablement workflows as AI tools mature or change, without disrupting GTM execution or creating rework for the field.

Who This Role Is For

  • Someone who loves turning messy inputs (product updates, positioning docs, marketing content) into sharp, on-brand GTM collateral that sales teams actually use.
  • A systems-minded operator who enjoys building scalable workflows with AI and templates to produce consistent collateral across roles, regions, verticals, and accounts.

Who This Role is Not For

  • Someone who wants to be a pure designer or copywriter and prefers working on isolated creative projects like a single deck without owning end-to-end GTM delivery.
  • Someone who dislikes ambiguity, fast-moving product changes, and iterating content based on real-world field feedback.

Must Have

Skills & Tools
  • Strong eye for design and brand consistency
  • Strong copywriting and messaging judgement for GTM collateral (able to QA and refine AI-generated decks and assets).
  • A “systems mindset” - wanting to build automation around collateral.

Nice To Have

  • Experience building enablement collateral for B2B SaaS sales teams (decks, one-pagers, case studies).
  • Experience designing scalable content systems or template frameworks (not just one-off assets).

Essential Tools

  • We use Google Slides at the moment, but are open to alternatives
  • Experience with design tools
  • Experience with collateral creation tools

  • Gamma or similar slide-generation tools
  • Figma or equivalent for layout, component libraries, and design system alignment
