Job Description
About the Role
We're hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder & CEO, Ari Mir, across Sisu, our founder incubator, and Crative, our operating startup. This is a high-ownership, high-growth role for an early-career operator who wants real responsibility, rapid learning, and exposure to how companies are built from the earliest stages.
You'll support execution across both organizations and will step in wherever the work is most impactful. This role is designed for early-career candidates (new grads to ~2 years of experience) who are excited to learn by doing and grow quickly in a hands-on environment.
What You'll Do
- Partner closely with the Founder & CEO to execute key priorities across both companies.
- Own projects from idea through completion across operations, programs, and growth initiatives.
- At Crative, you'll work closely on sales and go-to-market efforts - helping with lead generation and outreach, CRM organization, deal tracking, customer onboarding, and improving the overall sales process.
- At Sisu, you'll support founder programs and helping launch new initiatives and improve how the incubator runs day to day.

You communicate clearly, can juggle different priorities, and like working across a variety of projects. You're curious, resourceful, and adaptable, and motivated by opportunities to grow quickly.
This role is an excellent stepping stone for anyone interested in operations, startups, or future entrepreneurship.
Bonus points (not required) for any prior internship, project, or experience related to startups, sales, business operations, program management, or growth - but we're equally excited about strong candidates early in their careers who are eager to learn.
