About SIROC
At SIROC, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager, Product Owner to join our worldwide team. In this role, you will take full ownership of product direction and delivery execution, ensuring that priorities, scope, and decisions are always clear and actionable. You will work closely with engineers, data scientists, designers, and venture partners to turn ideas into high-quality SaaS and B2B products, playing a key role in the success of our experimental products and the digital transformation of our customers.
What You'll Do
- Own and communicate product priorities so they are clear, explicit, and understood by Engineering and stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, expectations, milestones, and deliverables.
- Maintain a ready backlog with clear scope, context, and acceptance criteria before sprint planning.
- Participate in product discovery and definition workshops with internal teams and external clients.
- Make trade-offs and priority decisions on time to keep teams unblocked.
- Ensure teams are never blocked due to missing product direction or unclear decisions.
- Coordinate and follow up on tasks and dependencies across product, design, and engineering.
- Define acceptance criteria upfront and use them to validate and accept delivered work.
- Manage scope changes intentionally, ensuring they are communicated and re-prioritized.
- Provide regular written updates on product status, decisions, and delivery progress.
- Contribute to project plans, documentation, and delivery processes.
- Support sales with estimates, scoping, and contract preparation when required.
- Continuously improve project and product execution processes.
- Ensure timelines are met and quality deliverables are produced.
- Own the end-to-end process of turning an idea into a shipped product.
What We Expect From You
- Outstanding English communication skills, written and spoken.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software project management and/or product ownership roles.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to define priorities, scope, and success criteria.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams; hands-on technical background is highly valued.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute in high-pressure environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of mobile and web product development processes.
- Experience coordinating remote teams of 5+ engineers and designers.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including written status and decision communication.
- Experience managing delivery schedules, scope, and costs.
- Solid experience working in Agile environments.
