Reporting directly to SingleStore’s CEO, you will support a broad range of responsibilities including executive calendar and travel management, internal and external communications, event coordination, and select project management. • Provide concierge-level support across all CEO commitments, engagements, and priorities.
  • Proactively anticipate needs by keeping the CEO informed, prepared, and aligned for upcoming days and weeks.
  • Manage and respond to inbound communications to the CEO’s office, ensuring timely follow-through and resolution.
  • Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to support Board operations, including scheduling, materials distribution, and handling sensitive documentation.
  • Coordinate ongoing workstreams with CEO direct reports, employees, Board members, and external partners.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Board members, investors, and venture capital firms, including their executive teams.
  • Plan and support company events such as employee gatherings, quarterly executive offsites, Board meetings, and company retreats.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Employee Engagement on employee events, celebrations, and cultural initiatives.
  • Provide support for select personal commitments on behalf of the CEO, as needed.

  • 4+ years of professional experience, ideally supporting a C-level executive.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity calmly and professionally.
  • High level of discretion and comfort handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Willingness to take ownership of challenging projects and support long-term objectives.
