About the role
Product Development Analyst (Web and Mobile) - Singapore Airlines
You will support the product strategy and execution for Singapore Airlines' ecommerce platforms, driving AI-enhanced experiences and customer journeys. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally with technology, marketing, analytics, and vendors using Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Support ecommerce product roadmap development and feature prioritization based on business impact and customer insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, analytics, vendors) to deliver product solutions
- Contribute to AI-enhanced features (personalization, agentic commerce, intelligent search)
- Work with UI/UX on user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing
- Write and groom user stories, managing UAT and production releases
- Monitor KPIs and leverage analytics/experimentation platforms for data-driven decisions
- Design use cases for new features/initiatives supporting revenue growth and user engagement
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws (PDPA, GDPR), payment security standards (PCI-DSS), and website accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
- Monitor web/app performance and customer feedback; coordinate issue resolution
- Support stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and secure integrations with booking/loyalty/payment systems
Requirements
Essential:
- A degree in any discipline
- Exposure to or interest in AI or machine learning, Large Language Models (LLM)-powered products, or NLP (academic/internship/professional experience welcomed)
- Understanding of ecommerce trends and digital product development
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum; PSPO certification a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
- Self-driven, meticulous, and eager to learn
Preferred:
- At least 2 years experience in ecommerce, digital product management, or AI/ML product roles
- Experience or interest in genAI, chatbots, or AI-powered customer experiences
- Familiarity with API basics and web/app integration concepts
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and continuous optimization
- Exposure to analytics tools (GA4, Splunk)
- Interest in SEO/AEO optimization, structured data, accessibility
