About Sincrolab

Sincrolab is a research-driven neurodevelopmental healthcare company pioneering a new AI-based virtual care model. Our mission is to deliver healthcare to individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders through scientific innovation. We collaborate with mental health centers and European health insurance payers to offer our services, aiming to enhance the effectiveness of mental health treatments using evidence-based digital interventions validated by clinical trials. We are currently in the process of obtaining European CE mark and FDA authorization.

Sales Lead Responsibilities

Initial Phase (Q1)
  • Design, plan, and execute the go-to-market strategy with established quarterly objectives.
  • Drive mid-market and enterprise sales with targeted clients.
  • Take responsibility for key KPIs and metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, Demos conducted, client count, MRR, ARPA, CAC, and Sales Efficiency Ratio.
  • Partner with the executive team to define and identify key commercial strategies and tactics, ensuring consistent execution and monitoring across the sales organization.
  • Collaborate with other internal organizations, especially Marketing teams, to achieve the common goal of market leadership.
Mid-Term Phase (Q2-Q4)
  • Hire and lead the sales team, including staff training, setting aggressive goals, and supervising performance against objectives.
  • Cultivate and develop a high-effort culture through performance evaluation, driving appropriate behavior to build a pipeline, providing direction, ensuring transparency, and proactive communication.
  • Design and refine new and existing sales practices and tools to create repeatable and scalable sales processes that rapidly accelerate growth.
  • Analyze both new and existing business opportunities, developing a deep understanding of market conditions, product requirements, demand, and resource needs to adequately support business objectives.
Long-Term Phase (>Q4)
  • Actively manage, supervise, and continuously improve the overall sales process to ensure funnel optimization.
  • Adopt a hands-on approach at every stage of the sales cycle, from prospecting and demonstration to closing.
