Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations is a highly analytical and technical role that leads reporting, analytics, and martech build-out and support. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will optimize campaign performance, manage SFDC and Hubspot administration, and drive efficient GTM operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Sales Ops, and BDR teams to optimize GTM motions.
- Analyze and report on channel-specific campaign ROI performance.
- Oversee SFDC and Hubspot administration, ensuring data hygiene and process efficiency.
- Manage integration between Hubspot and Salesforce and support automation projects.
- Drive multi-channel campaigns and Account-Based Marketing strategies.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years experience in Marketing Operations with expertise in Salesforce and Hubspot (admin certifications strongly preferred). Must be highly analytical, data-driven, organized, and innovative in testing new marketing tactics.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary between $130,000 - $150,000 with potential bonuses based on performance.
