Job Summary

The Business Development Coordinator is a hands-on, early career role based in London. You will support a broad range of business development and marketing activities in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain promotional marketing materials, CVs, and capability statements.
  • Assist in preparing credentials, deal summaries, and partner bios for pitches.
  • Contribute to client targeting and relationship mapping.
  • Support client mailing lists and contact database management.
  • Assist with submissions for legal directories including Chambers and Legal 500.
  • Coordinate client-facing events including logistics, guest management, follow-up and reporting.
  • Update trackers and support ad hoc projects as needed.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years business development experience, preferably in law, professional or financial services.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team under high pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong research and analytical capabilities.
  • Proven project management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
  • Detail-oriented, resilient and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Client-focused with a proactive, can-do approach.

Education & Details

Bachelor’s degree required. Competitive salary and benefits are offered. The role follows a hybrid work model with in-office presence Monday to Thursday and the option to work from home on Fridays.
