Position: Technical Program Manager

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager with a strong track record of driving execution excellence in a technology environment. This role requires a combination of structured program management, sharp product thinking, and people leadership to accelerate delivery and maximize business impact. Adept at driving structured execution, making clear prioritization trade-offs, and aligning cross-functional teams, the ideal candidate brings strong business acumen to deliver high-quality, timely product outcomes. Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program execution across product and engineering, owning planning, backlog management, and on-time delivery.
• Run engineering sprints end-to-end, ensuring clear goals, disciplined execution, and delivery against commitments.
• Establish and refine execution processes to improve predictability, team velocity, accountability, and output quality.
• Own prioritization across initiatives, making clear P0 and P1 decisions based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
• Act as the central point of alignment across product, engineering, design, and business teams, translating requirements into structured execution plans and resolving risks and blockers.
• Build and manage a high-performing team through regular 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.
• Ensure strong product thinking in execution by aligning problem statements, user impact, and success metrics with business outcomes such as direct bookings, conversion, and customer experience.
• Leverage AI tools to prototype, experiment, and solve business problems, driving faster iteration and improved engineering.

Requirements

• 8 - 12 years of experience in Product/ Program Management in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Strong experience in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and delivery management.
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively and make data-informed decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and growing teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product decisions to revenue and customer impact.
• Comfort working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical trade-offs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on and proactive in exploring new tools, with a strong willingness to learn and leverage AI for rapid prototyping, design creation, and problem-solving.
