Position Overview

The Program Manager Learner Success is a dynamic role focused on ensuring learner success through onboarding, support, progress tracking, and community building.

Job Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation sessions.
  • Support and Guidance: Provide ongoing support via live meetings and tutorials.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor learner progress and deliver personalized recommendations.
  • Feedback Collection & Performance Analysis: Gather feedback and analyze data to optimize strategies.
  • Live Class Support & Community Building: Host live classes and foster networking opportunities.
  • Continuous Learning & Career Support: Stay updated with EdTech trends and assist career services.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 0.6-1 year experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in e-learning is advantageous.
  • Availability for Saturday mornings (6 AM EST) and some weekday evenings (2 PM-10 PM EST).
  • Experience or knowledge in Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence is a plus.

Compensation

OTE $50,000 per year plus benefits.
