Job Description

Simplero Support Specialist

At Simplero, we don't just work with software; we help our customers use the system safely and effectively. The support role is about understanding customer needs, solving technical challenges, and guiding them clearly and kindly.

You will be an important part of ensuring a good user experience and helping customers move forward when something is problematic – both technically and practically.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to support inquiries via tickets
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and explain solutions simply
  • Record short screen videos when needed
  • Help customers with setting up pages, email, and automations
  • Participate in 1:1 support when relevant
  • Share feedback with the product team and contribute to documentation
  • Ensure a helpful and professional dialogue – even in stressful situations

Qualifications

  • Can work independently and take responsibility for own tasks
  • Patient, empathetic, and motivated to help customers
  • Comfortable with live 1:1 support – even while still learning
  • Understanding of online business (landing pages, automations, email lists, etc.)
  • Technically curious and quick to learn new systems
  • Troubleshooting skills and a desire for problem-solving
  • Fluent Danish and English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to learn continuously
