The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap of our critical foundational platform components, focusing on user identity, fraud prevention, compliance, and internal tool support. The role requires balancing seamless customer experience with robust platform security for both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and roadmap for user authentication, roles & permissions, fraud prevention, and internal tool support.
  • Manage the end-to-end user authentication experience and granular access permissions.
  • Identify and counter emerging fraud threats to prevent account takeovers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and evaluate third-party vendors or build custom tools as needed.
  • Leverage data and customer feedback to monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years in product management with 1-2 years focused on identity verification and fraud products in regulated industries.
  • Expertise with authentication features such as SSO, MFA, passwordless login, and role/permission management.
  • Experience designing risk management platforms balancing loss prevention with user experience.
  • Ability to make strategic build/buy/partner decisions and vendor integrations.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills with a data-driven approach.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with AI/ML models for risk management.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and compliance regulations.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Compensation Range: $170,000 - $210,000 annually. In addition to base salary, eligibility for bonuses, overtime pay, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, Flexible Time Off, mental health resources, paid parental leave, backup care, tuition reimbursement, and Employee Resource Groups.
