The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to drive innovation and growth in our new client referrals offering for clinicians who want to grow their caseloads. The role will have a significant impact in the behavioral healthcare space by expanding access to care and supporting clinicians in managing a healthy business.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a high-impact product strategy.
- Conduct customer research to uncover pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Turn greenfield concepts into scalable product solutions.
- Evaluate external partner opportunities for integrated product solutions.
- Collaborate with SEO/SEM teams to increase website traffic and conversion.
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data science, and more.
- Drive monetization and go-to-market strategy in partnership with Product Marketing.
- Track product metrics to inform ongoing strategy refinements.
- Mentor junior product managers and team members.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 8+ years in product management.
- Experience working on provider marketplaces and launching new products.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiar with SEO/SEM strategies and data-driven decision making.
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with healthcare industry and referral workflows.
- Experience using AI and ML for user problem solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Compensation Range: $207,000 - $253,000 annually. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, Flexible Time Off, mental health resources, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
