About the Sales Operations Manager Role

At simpleclub, the Sales Operations Manager is the driving force behind optimizing and scaling the sales engine. This role focuses on the entire sales funnel process, from Sales Qualified Lead to Closed Won, working closely with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the sales funnel process to improve sales velocity.
  • Design and maintain deal routing and coverage models for seller productivity.
  • Lead forecasting cadence and conduct pipeline reviews and analysis.
  • Administer and ensure adoption and data quality of the sales tech stack.
  • Drive pipeline hygiene and process compliance by enforcing standards.
  • Create and improve dashboards and analytics to empower sales teams.
  • Deliver hands-on training on pipeline hygiene and CRM best practices.
  • Capture and prioritize sales user stories for workflow and UX improvements.

What We Value

The ideal candidate has 3+ years experience in Sales Operations or related functions in a B2B SaaS environment, is a native German speaker with professional English, and is comfortable with CRM (preferably Hubspot SalesHub), AI tools, and automation platforms. A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills is essential.

Compensation

The salary band for this role in Germany ranges between 50,850 - 65,000 EUR annually gross, with adjustments for candidates outside Germany based on local market conditions.
