Regional Human Resources Manager Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established provider of Home Healthcare services, and they have a current need for a Regional Human Resources Manager. This is a fully remote role, preferably based in Texas or nearby southwestern states. HR management background in Home Health / Home Care or similar healthcare background is required. Must be well versed in employee relations & engagement, employment law & compliance, employee rights, FMLA, handling of grievances, and corrective actions.
Regional Human Resources Manager Job Requirements
- Home Health, Home Care, or Private Duty experience strongly preferred.
- Multi-site, multi-state healthcare experience is required.
- Minimum of an associate’s degree preferred.
- HR certification such as SHRM or PHR required.
Regional Human Resources Manager Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for all HR functions across multiple locations in region.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal HR & Labor laws.
- Assess department and improve processes, policies, and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with operational and branch leadership.
