Job Overview

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer at Simform, you will design and implement CRM solutions to empower clients and enhance operational efficiency. You will work with cutting-edge technologies in a talented team that contributes directly to Simform’s market-leading standing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical needs.
  • Design and deploy Power Platform solutions including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Create and maintain plugins, custom workflows, and portal customizations.
  • Utilize Azure services for system integration and scalability.
  • Develop interactive dashboards, SSRS reports, and CRM analytics.
  • Employ tools like Ribbon Workbench, CRM REST Builder, and Azure Boards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (On-Prem & Online).
  • Expertise in Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Strong skills in C#, ASP.NET, Web API, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
  • Experience in plugin development, workflow automation, and portal customization.
  • Familiarity with Azure services like Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
  • Proficiency in SSRS reports, custom dashboards, and CRM analytics.
  • Experience with development tools such as Ribbon Workbench and Azure Boards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Field Service, Dual Write integration, or Sales module in D365.
  • Experience with chatbots (Power Virtual Agents) or Twilio/SMS integration.
  • Basic understanding of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.
