The Opportunity: Website Performance & Optimization Manager
Silverfort is seeking a Website Performance & Optimization Manager to own inbound, organic growth across our corporate website. This role is responsible for how buyers discover Silverfort in organic search, how site visitors journey through the site, and ultimately, how they convert into pipeline.
As a Website Performance & Optimization Manager, you will lead website optimization for SEO with a focus on AI and generative search, conversion rate optimization (CRO), site performance, and user experience, while also being hands-on in rapidly building, testing, and optimizing pages and other necessary site updates. This is a highly cross-functional, data-driven role focused on turning inbound traffic into measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own inbound, organic website performance across SEO, including optimization for AI-powered and generative search.
- Partner with our agency to evolve content and strategy.
- Lead on-site CRO strategy, including experimentation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- Analyze user behavior to identify and prioritize optimization opportunities.
- Work with the agency and web team to continually optimize website performance, including site speed, core web vitals, and technical SEO.
- Build and optimize landing pages and site updates directly in WordPress and Elementor to support campaigns.
- Monitor website analytics and communicate performance impact and insights with the larger marketing team.
- Partner cross-functionally with Demand Gen, ABM, Content, Brand/Design, and Development to support digital growth initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, website optimization, or inbound growth.
- Strong expertise in SEO, AI SEO/GEO, and content optimization.
- Proven success driving CRO programs and on-site experimentation.
- Hands-on experience building and managing pages in WordPress and Elementor.
- Advanced experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and user behavior analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of website performance and UX best practices.
- Ability to connect digital performance to conversion rates, pipeline metrics, and revenue impact.
- Self-starter with strong cross-functional communication, prioritization, and execution skills.
