About the Role

The Private Markets Associate at Silicon Valley Investclub will support sourcing and executing investments across primary and secondary transactions in leading private tech companies. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain real experience in private markets by working directly with founders, shareholders, and a wide network of professional investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in private tech companies
  • Communicate with founders, shareholders, and investors regarding transactions
  • Support investment analysis, market research, and prepare concise deal summaries
  • Coordinate between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth transaction processes
  • Assist in maintaining investor relations and reporting on deal progress

You Will Interact With

Venture capital funds, private equity funds, hedge funds, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, corporate venture arms, strategic investors, endowments and foundations, pension funds, wealth management firms, investment banks, advisors, angel investor groups, investment clubs, fintech platforms, broker-dealers, crowdfunding platforms, and incubators and accelerators.
