Job Description

The Technical Sales Representative - Distribution is responsible for achieving sales targets and developing new business within the assigned territory. This role involves managing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, providing product information and support, and addressing inquiries promptly.

  • Achieve sales targets and develop business within the territory.
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Provide product information and support to customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and product innovations.
  • Represent Sika at industry events and trade shows.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and prepare reports.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in an Industrial Market field or a relevant University degree.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or other CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of selling within related industries.
