Role: Project Sales Representative
As a Project Sales Representative for the Buildings & Parking business, you will develop product needs through service and specifications for distributors, contractors, and specifiers.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve a sales budget within assigned discount or profit targets.
- Promote Sika products via engineering specifications and contractor applications.
- Ensure geographical coverage with effective account base management.
- Maintain proficiency in current product offerings and market applications.
- Develop and implement specific sales action plans for selected accounts.
- Communicate business information across regional and support functions.
- Support company profitability through sound business judgment.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience
- Proven sales success
- Background in construction
- Ability to act independently
- Strong organization and time management skills
