Job Description

The Financial Analyst role focuses on Sustainability, Operational, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) reporting and analysis within Sika Corporation and its US entities. The role provides financial support for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, conducts variance analyses, and collaborates with manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, and production teams to optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports ensuring accuracy.
  • Coordinate Sustainability, Operational, EHS reports across US entities.
  • Review and analyze manufacturing cost and consumption variances.
  • Monitor cost input changes and assess impact on margins.
  • Support month-end closings and production order financial transactions.
  • Implement cost control measures and justify new investments.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to optimize inventory and systems.
  • Assist internal and external audits with financial documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with SAP experience desired.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) and AFO is a plus.
