Atlassian Cloud Consultant Role Overview

As an Atlassian Cloud Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert consultation and facilitation for their business processes within the Atlassian environment. Your role involves analyzing client requirements and translating them into effective functionalities for the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem. You will design and oversee solution implementations, ensuring they meet standards for quality, scalability, and best practices. Furthermore, you will support clients in optimizing, automating, and integrating their Atlassian solutions. A key aspect of this role is coordinating migration projects, from initial analysis of source environments and client needs, through to migration planning and user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients regarding Atlassian solutions, actively advising and coordinating activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem.
• Design and implement solutions, adhering to best practices and configuration rules.
• Provide ongoing support and communication to clients, including informing them about new system capabilities, identifying gaps, and addressing non-standard situations.
• Collaborate with and coordinate activities among Atlassian team members.
• Ensure the quality and optimization of implemented solutions, aligning with long-term business objectives.
• Define business requirements and manage the planning and coordination of migration projects from a business perspective.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting and advising on the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem.
• Proven experience in projects involving Jira and Confluence on-premise migrations to Atlassian Cloud.
• Experience leading workshops and training sessions, and working effectively with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and describe business processes, and translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with the Jira platform, Confluence, Loom, and Rovo tools, including their integration capabilities.
• Experience in consulting on Atlassian Cloud Organization and Atlassian Guard, with a focus on security architecture and IdP integration.
• Proficiency in process automation, optimization, and integration within the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Atlassian Collections, including subscription plans and their functional differences.
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening, pertinent questioning, and translating technical concepts.
• Proactive approach to project management with a strong focus on client satisfaction, team cooperation, and service quality.
• Fluency in Polish language is required.
• Must be a resident of Poland.

Nice to Have

• Ability to build Automation Rules and work with the Jira REST API.
• Familiarity with popular Atlassian Marketplace applications (e.g., ScriptRunner, Tempo, Xray, BigPicture, eazyBI).
• Knowledge of additional Cloud applications (Focus, Talent, Compass, Bitbucket, Statuspage) and on-premise applications (Bamboo, Jenkins).
• Experience with integration platforms (e.g., OpsHub, Getint Integration Platform, ScriptRunner Connect).
• Experience with Atlassian Data Center versions.
• Possession of Atlassian certification.
