Role Overview

The Business Insights and Analytics Leader role offers an opportunity to solve complex business challenges for Fortune 500 companies. This leadership position requires expertise in business intelligence, data analytics, team management, delivery management, and customer handling.

Responsibilities Include

  • Build trust with senior stakeholders through strategic insights.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into effective BI solutions.
  • Oversee multi-client BI programs while managing competing priorities.
  • Ensure scalable, high-quality deliverables for business impact.
  • Recruit, onboard, and directly manage 15-20 team members.
  • Collaborate with project managers to align project schedules with customer expectations.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 15+ years overall experience, with 10+ in data analytics execution.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Expertise in client engagement and delivering data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and backend systems (SQL, ETL frameworks).
  • Experience with cloud-native platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS) and data lakes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage relationships with senior management.
