Role: Management Consulting Analyst - CPG & Retail

This role includes a blend of hands-on work, customer engagement, and team management within the Management Consulting Team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct client workshops to articulate vision and solve ambiguous business problems using data science and AI.
• Define business problems, consolidate findings, and propose measurable solutions that enhance client objectives.
• Liaise independently with customers and present solutions in dynamic and unstructured environments.
• Support senior team members in business development and presales activities with strategic insights.

Mandated Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE/BTech - CS) from Tier I/II universities and preferably an MBA from top B-schools (IIM).
• 2-3 years experience in prominent CPG analytics domains such as Consumer Behaviour, Demand Planning, Pricing Optimization, Promotions Planning, and R&D.
• Excellent research, analytical, and numerical skills with proven problem solving capabilities.
• Capability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on data analysis.

Desired Skills

• Strong project and team management skills with the ability to collaborate with global teams.
• Hands-on quantitative experience with analytical tools.
• Experience in providing inputs for sales and pre-sales activities.
• Self-starter who thrives with minimal guidance.
