Role Overview
The Learning & Development Operations Specialist at Sigmoid (India) is responsible for managing backend operations, systems, and processes to ensure smooth execution of learning programs. You will coordinate learning calendars, manage platforms, ensure data integrity, report outcomes, and enhance the learner experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Coordination and Execution: End-to-end scheduling, registrations, logistics, and stakeholder alignment.
- Platform and Tool Management: Manage LMS/LXP systems, content uploads, and user management.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track learning metrics, generate dashboards, and provide insights.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Coordinate with external vendors and consultants.
- Process Optimization and Governance: Standardize processes and ensure compliance.
- Certification Management: Manage certification processes and documentation.
- Budget and Resource Tracking: Support budget management through cost tracking and forecasting.
Qualifications & Skills
6–10 years of experience in L&D operations or related fields, proficiency with LMS/LXP, strong Excel and reporting skills, excellent organizational and communication capabilities, technical knowledge of virtual lab setups and cloud environments, and a Bachelor’s degree (HR background preferred).
