Assistant Project Manager - Power Distribution

Role Overview
This role assists the Project Manager in planning and executing projects from initiation through delivery. You will liaise between project members, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements, schedules, costs, and deliverables are effectively communicated.
Essential Job Functions
- Assist in managing project lifecycles from set-up to close-out
- Coordinate project tasks, deliverables, and meeting plans
- Analyze data as required and report project progress
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, invoices, estimates, and project summaries
- Liaise with stakeholders and report on at-risk tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of experience with power distribution design or related projects
- Availability during core hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, Mon-Fri) with occasional evenings/weekends
- Willing to travel regularly (20%-30%), including overnight travel
- Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and ability to pass background checks
- Must meet physical requirements including prolonged sitting, driving, and data analysis tasks
