Senior Data Scientist

Role Overview

As a Senior Data Scientist at Senior Data Scientist, you will drive business decisions by developing and applying advanced statistical, artificial intelligence/machine learning, and data science methods to uncover patterns, generate insights, and forecast outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality analyses to identify business opportunities.
• Advance eCommerce initiatives including personalization, experimentation, forecasting, pricing, and customer behavior modeling.
• Leverage marketing analytics (attribution and marketing mix modeling) to support strategic decisions.
• Design experiments, measure usability, and recommend improvements in collaboration with multiple teams.
• Build scalable data science solutions, automate reporting pipelines, and provide forward-looking insights.
• Lead large projects and mentor junior team members.

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Data Science or Advanced Analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with marketing analytics and experimental design.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL, Python/R, data visualization tools, and cloud-based databases.
• Familiarity with big data frameworks like Spark and tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Strong experience with predictive modeling, time-series forecasting, clustering, regression, and classification techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead multiple complex projects.
