Sales Development Representative at SiftHub

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for actively seeking out new sales opportunities through outbound efforts. You will be a key player in building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our SaaS platform adds value to their business. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales efforts including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships by following up on initial contacts and nurturing long-term prospects.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies. Share insights and feedback from client interactions to help refine sales tactics and product development.
  • Maintain a well-organized, updated pipeline of prospects and current clients in CRM and other prospecting tools.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in SaaS outbound sales in the North America market.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM, prospecting software.
  • Familiarity with different outbound sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in the US time zone - 6 pm to 3 am IST.
