As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for actively seeking out new sales opportunities through outbound efforts. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales efforts including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships by following up on initial contacts and nurturing long-term prospects.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies. Share insights and feedback from client interactions to help refine sales tactics and product development.
- Maintain a well-organized, updated pipeline of prospects and current clients in CRM and other prospecting tools.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in SaaS outbound sales in the North America market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Proficiency in CRM, prospecting software.
- Familiarity with different outbound sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills.
