Role Overview
As an Associate Sales Development Representative at Sifted, you will drive our outbound efforts. Your mission is to proactively reach out to potential clients, ignite conversations, and create opportunities that highlight the game-changing value of Sifted’s platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound sales development or lead generation (preferably in B2B SaaS or logistics).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and emailing.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or VidYard.
- Knowledge of the e-commerce or shipping industry is a plus.
- Collaborative team player with a passion for learning and growth.
- Ability to initiate and nurture an active pipeline of 100-300 prospective business accounts.
- Must be able to work out of our Overland Park, KS office.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Ambition, client-focus, and goal orientation.
- Experience in lead generation or prospecting is preferred.
- Knowledge of the parcel industry is a plus.
- Previous inside sales experience with software is an advantage.
- Ability to contribute to the company’s double and triple year-over-year growth.
