Responsibilities

  • Build new agent capabilities across platforms.
  • Design and launch evaluation systems for continuous improvement.
  • Own platform automation and onboarding processes.
  • Expand integration ecosystems and support customer enablement.
  • Demo products and co-sell with the sales team.
