About the Role
Join Siemens as a Solution Architect Apprenticeship in Milan. Develop your skills over a 2-year apprenticeship while receiving comprehensive training and mentorship in Information Technology.
Your Challenge
As a Solution Architect, you will drive the development and optimization of internal processes and data analytics capabilities. Your work will empower business teams to make informed decisions and accelerate digitalization. Key activities include:
- Design and develop AI agents and multi-agent systems using LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks.
- Implement conversational AI interfaces and integrate NLP, document understanding, and data extraction into applications.
- Design and update executive dashboards with meaningful insights via strong data visualization.
- Build and manage data queries and ELT pipelines ensuring data accuracy and performance.
- Architect scalable, full-stack web applications using Mendix and modern frameworks.
- Implement robust API architectures and DevOps practices including RESTful services, CI/CD, and Docker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, analytics, and software development.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in AI, web development, and data engineering.
Required Qualifications
You should be under 30 years old and a fresh graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Basic familiarity with Python, SQL, JavaScript, or similar is expected. Experience in web development, process optimization, data analysis, and dashboarding is a strong plus. Proficiency in English and Italian is required along with strong communication and teamwork skills. Eligibility to work in Italy applies.
