As the Senior Project Manager - Building Automation, you will direct and supervise construction projects ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review project details to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
  • Schedule installation, start-up, commissioning, turnover, and warranty.
  • Deliver revenue forecasting and report project results.
  • Monitor project status and control job costs for margin maintenance.
  • Direct creation and adherence to project plans and resource needs.
  • Provide technical and operational support for sales teams.
  • Communicate project updates to engineering and sales teams.
  • Act as the main customer contact for issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in Building Automation and BAS technology.
  • 3-5 years of operational experience in project management and development.
  • B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent experience; PMP Certification is a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with building electrical and mechanical systems and Canadian standards.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project or alternative project management software.
  • Strong financial acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • Valid Driver's License required for on-site projects.
