About the Role
We are looking for a Senior AI Product Owner to join our vibrant international team at Siemens. This role is for an eager tech expert who is always searching for creative ways to grow and learn, and who wants to make a real impact now and in the future.
What You'll Do
- Act as the internal entrepreneur for AI products, identifying high-impact opportunities and driving them to completion with a "get-it-done" attitude.
- Champion the use of Agentic Coding Frameworks to accelerate time-to-market.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle using a lean, MVP-driven approach, focusing on rapid prototyping, user feedback, and continuous deployment.
- Translate complex AI/Cloud architectures into clear business value and vice versa, ensuring low technical debt and high value delivery.
- Proactively clear roadblocks, align stakeholders quickly, and keep the engineering team focused on building.
What You'll Need
- A master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics (with ML/Data Science specialization), Physics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience owning and driving AI/software products from ideation to launch in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
- 5+ years of experience working within or alongside agile engineering teams building AI-powered solutions.
- 3+ years of proven track record in a startup or high-growth tech environment with rapid pivots and full product ownership.
- 2+ years of experience working in a large-scale, global organization with cross-functional and international stakeholders is a plus.
- Experience with Agentic Coding Frameworks and AI-native development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor).
