Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!

As a Protection Testing Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and safety of critical electrical infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with Siemens SIPROTEC 5 & 4 and Reyrolle protection relays.
• Handling ABB, GE, and SEL protection relays.
• Testing and maintaining medium voltage switchgear (CT, VT, CR tests, CB timing).
• Testing and maintaining low voltage switchgear (CT, VT, CR tests).
• Performing advanced protection function testing (busbar, distance, line/transformer differential).
• Troubleshooting HV, MV, and LV electrical systems.
• Analyzing faults and identifying root causes.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering or an equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proven technical expertise in medium and low voltage switchgear, including testing and commissioning, as well as protection relay testing (e.g., Siemens and other major vendors).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with demonstrated skills in critical thinking, organization, communication, job coordination, creative thinking, programming, and leadership.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
