About the PMO Data Analyst Role

At Siemens, we transform the everyday through innovation, technology, and people. As a PMO Data Analyst, you play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting project and portfolio data to support Siemens' strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Consolidate data from multiple sources to evaluate KPI performance including time, cost, quality, and resources.
  • Create high-quality reports and dashboards for leadership, functional heads, and project teams.
  • Support project teams with data-driven insights, tools, and templates.
  • Promote compliance with PM@Siemens project management methodologies.
  • Monitor and improve data quality through exception reporting and cleansing actions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement via standardization initiatives, process documentation, and training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in project coordination, administration, or portfolio-level reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (PM@Siemens is a plus).
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, or process mapping.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Experience with business process change and post-implementation benefits embedding.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools or AI agents.
