Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with business management to drive HR strategies and promote the consistency of HR practices across the Nordic region. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing consultative support to business management
  • Developing HR strategy aligned with long-term organizational goals
  • Embracing a 'Nordic first' mindset for regional consistency
  • Supporting, coaching, and guiding managers and staff
  • Overseeing HR processes, leadership development, and change management
  • Contributing to team culture and operations
