Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with business management to drive HR strategies and promote the consistency of HR practices across the Nordic region. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing consultative support to business management
• Developing HR strategy aligned with long-term organizational goals
• Embracing a 'Nordic first' mindset for regional consistency
• Supporting, coaching, and guiding managers and staff
• Overseeing HR processes, leadership development, and change management
• Contributing to team culture and operations

Join a 30-person People & Organization team operating across the Nordics. With colleagues in Finland and Baltics, you will exchange ideas and develop effective HR practices in a supportive environment.

Skills For Success

The ideal candidate has prior experience as an HR Business Partner, strong interpersonal skills, a pragmatic approach, and a mindset to innovate and drive effective customer and employee experiences.
