Make a Difference as an Order Management Executive

We are looking for an Order Management Executive to join our International Order Management/Logistics Center, supporting our B2B model. You will be primarily responsible for customer order processing (products and systems), logistics activities, and contributing to a customer service model for the United States.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Process customer and salesman input orders in the system.
  • Organize deliveries and material flow in compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, shipping companies, and customs agencies.
  • Monitor delivery timetables and oversee article flow and stock levels.
  • Control document circulation, verify correctness, and monitor shipping documents.
  • Actively propose process optimizations and cooperate with internal departments globally.
  • Act as a Siemens representative when communicating with customers.

Your Success is Grounded In:

  • University degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in order processing, logistics, or customer service (preferably in the technical sector, SSC/BPO).
  • Knowledge of ERP software (preferably SAP) or educational background in logistics.
