Siemens is looking for an IT Program Manager dedicated to full lifecycle management of complex IT programs. Join a global and diverse team that supports and inspires growth.
How You’ll Make An Impact
End-to-End Program Leadership: Drive cross functional IT programs and projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Program Planning & Definition: Develop comprehensive plans, define scope, schedules, and budgets, and establish project charters.
Resource & Team Management: Estimate, acquire, and develop necessary resources and teams for program delivery.
Risk & Quality Assurance: Proactively identify, analyze, mitigate risks and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Stakeholder & Communications Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain robust communications.
Financial & Procurement Oversight: Control costs in collaboration with IT financial experts.
You Excel In
Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of IT project/program management experience with proven leadership of cross-department teams. Experience in stakeholder management in multinational settings, technical expertise in IT landscapes, and professional English skills. German and/or Portuguese are assets. Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Agile certifications) is a plus.
