Your Impact as Specialist for Intralogistics & Production Optimization
As a Specialist for Intralogistics & Production Optimization, you will drive significant operational improvements within our Logistics team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Independently leading intralogistics and production projects from conception through to implementation, potentially across multiple locations.
- Identifying optimization potentials within the plant's supply chain and developing specific solution concepts.
- Evaluating the economic viability of projects and organizing their productive implementation.
- Overseeing projects until they reach series maturity, including developing training concepts and conducting user training.
- Acting as the key interface between business and IT, translating functional requirements into S4/Hana system solutions.
- Serving as the departmental expert for the S4/HANA supply chain and MES (Manufacturing Execution System), ensuring smooth operation.
- Identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the supply chain and justifying proposed solutions financially.

Success in this role requires a strong foundation and relevant experience:
- A completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management, coupled with several years of professional experience in the intralogistics environment of an electric motor plant.
- Alternatively, at least 3 years of vocational training, further training as a technician, and many years of professional experience in the intralogistics environment of an electric motor plant.
- Expertise in the end-to-end design and mapping of supply chain processes in SAP S/4 HANA, with a focus on business requirements and process optimization.
- Several years of experience in project management, including leading projects from start to finish with a structured approach, excellent planning, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- A focus on efficiency, lean end-to-end processes, and adherence to Siemens' operational excellence methodologies.
- Very good English language skills and willingness to undertake international business trips.
- Strong analytical skills, organizational talent, creativity, and assertiveness.
